Junior Lineman

ITI (Electrical)

Overhead line construction and maintenance on 11 kV and 33 kV distribution networks, deployed to electric supply divisions across Jharkhand.

Switchboard Operator (Grade II)

ITI (Electrical)

Operation and switching at distribution and grid substations, working to the utility's operating instructions on shift.

Khalashi / Helper

Matriculate

Support to line and substation crews — material handling, excavation, erection assistance and site duties.

Site Electrician

ITI (Electrical) or equivalent experience

Installation, testing and fault work on our own EPC projects, including substations, street lighting and industrial installations.

Site Engineer (Electrical / Civil)

Diploma or B.E. / B.Tech

Supervision of erection and civil works, quality checks, measurement and coordination with the client's engineer-in-charge.

Statutory cover from the first day of deployment, not after a probation period — because that is the law, and because it is the difference between a job and a gamble.

EPF and ESI from day one: Every deployed person is registered with a unique EPF member number and covered under ESI. This is not optional and not deferred.
Group personal accident cover: Carried for every individual in addition to statutory cover — required on our utility contracts and applied across the board.
Wages to the statutory schedule: Paid at not less than the rates prescribed under the Minimum Wages Act for the category of employment.
Work close to home: We deploy local resources by preference. Most placements are within the district a candidate applies from.
