Maintenance work is judged on a different axis from new construction: the question is not what you can build, but how much you can safely accomplish inside the outage you are given.
Ranisons carried out the health assessment and overhaul of two 16 MVA, 132/6.6 kV transformers for BCCL Dhanbad within a short shutdown — a test of resource mobilisation as much as of technical capability. We also replaced the protective relays in a live 220/132 kV substation, a highly critical shutdown job completed in record time.
We hold annual maintenance contracts covering HT and LT electrical equipment, including power transformer maintenance.
