The figures on this site

Every contract value and work-order reference published here is taken from the signed order for that project. We stand behind them, and we will send you the underlying document on request — that is the point of publishing them.

What we cannot promise is that they describe what we would charge you. Prices, programmes and availability move with material costs, scope and workload. A figure here is evidence of work completed, not an offer.

Nothing here is a contract

Sending an enquiry does not create an agreement between us, and neither does our reply. We contract in writing — a quotation we have issued and you have accepted, or a work order and agreement executed between the parties. Those documents govern, not this website.

Whose material this is

The text, drawings, photographs and design of this site belong to M/S Ranisons unless marked otherwise. You are welcome to quote or print pages for the purpose of assessing us — for a pre-qualification file, for instance — and we would rather you did. Republishing the site as your own is a different matter.

Client names and logos are the trademarks of those organisations and appear only to identify work we have genuinely carried out for them. They imply no endorsement of us. Photographs licensed from others, and the licences they carry, are listed on ourcredits page.

Availability, and links out

We keep the site up and correct as best we can, but we do not guarantee it will always be reachable. Where we link to another organisation — a licensing board, a client, a photographer — we are not responsible for what is on the other end.

If the enquiry form fails, please phone. The number is on every page, and it is the faster route in any case.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Ranchi, Jharkhand have jurisdiction.
