Electrical & Civil EPC

Civil Construction

Substation buildings, warehouses, administrative blocks, dormitories, foundations, piling and roads — delivered alongside the electrical scope.

Ranisons is registered for civil construction as well as electrical work, and holds a plant fleet to match — which is why our substation and building packages are delivered whole rather than split between trades.

Our largest civil package to date is the ₹493 lakh warehouse, administrative block and dormitory contract for Jharkhand Mega Food Park at Getalsud, delivered complete with internal electrical and sanitary installations. We also built the ₹90 lakh civil works for the same client’s 33/11 kV, 2×5 MVA substation, and the substation building for the Monnet Daniels coal washery at Dakra.

Questions

Frequently asked

Why take civil and electrical from one contractor?

It removes the interface risk that normally sits between the two trades. On our substation packages the foundations were set to equipment we were ourselves installing, and the buildings handed over with their services live.

What is your largest civil package?

Two warehouses, an administrative building and a seven-room dormitory for Jharkhand Mega Food Park at Getalsud, at ₹493 lakh, including all internal electrical and sanitary works.

What plant do you operate?

Owned: hydra crane, tower crane, vibratory rollers, concrete pump, weight batcher, compactor, DG set, water tankers and bar cutting machines. Through associates: excavators, JCB, tippers and a D4 dozer.
