Power Substation Installation
Turnkey 33/11 kV substations up to 2×5 MVA — design, supply, erection, testing and commissioning, including all associated civil works.
Voltage range11 kV – 220 kV
Ranisons has delivered 33/11 kV power substations on a complete turnkey basis — taking a project from detailed engineering through to charging under utility supervision, with the associated civil works carried out in the same contract.
Our largest substation package to date was the 33/11 kV, 2×5 MVA substation at
Jharkhand Mega Food Park, Getalsud, executed against work order
JMFPPL/ELE/0413/02 at a contract value of ₹473 lakh, together with a
separate ₹90 lakh package for the substation civil works.
Beyond greenfield installation, we have carried out shutdown-dependent rehabilitation work — including the health assessment and overhaul of two 16 MVA, 132/6.6 kV transformers for BCCL Dhanbad, and the replacement of protective relays in a live 220/132 kV substation.
