Setting up a new facility in Jharkhand means dealing with land records, local revenue offices and municipal approvals that an outside business rarely has standing relationships for. We have run civil and electrical contracts across the state for over three decades, which means we already know the local land, contracting and statutory landscape a new entrant has to learn from scratch.
We support businesses through site identification, land title verification and acquisition coordination, and — where required — through to constructing the warehouse or facility building itself, using the same civil construction team that builds our substation and EPC sites.

Do you acquire the land on our behalf, or only advise?
We support the process — identification, title checks and coordination with local authorities and land owners — the acquisition itself is completed in the client's name.
Can you also build the warehouse once land is secured?
Yes. Warehouse and facility construction is handled by the same civil construction team that delivers our substation buildings and site infrastructure for our EPC contracts.
