ITI-trained switchboard operators, junior linemen and unskilled khalashi deployed to distribution utilities on annual contract.
Ranisons has supplied outsourced technical and non-technical manpower to Jharkhand’s distribution utilities since 2017, holding Contract Labour Licence CLL1736400584601 for up to 300 workmen and deploying over 500 across concurrent contracts.
Our largest deployment was 283 people — 33 switchboard operators, 42 ITI-trained junior linemen and 208 unskilled khalashi — across the Ranchi Central, Doranda and Ranchi East divisions under work order 2267, at a contract value of ₹359 lakh. The contract required a fully staffed office in each of the three divisions before work commenced, and mobilisation within 15 days.
We are the employer of record for every person deployed. Wages, EPF, ESI, bonus and group personal accident cover are our obligation, not the client’s.
