Why it matters
One contractor, both disciplines
Ranisons is registered for electrical and civil construction and operates its own plant fleet. On our substation packages the foundations were set to equipment we were ourselves installing — which removes the interface risk that normally sits between the two trades.

Substructure
Footings and pedestals cast, plinth beams tying the grid together, and the floor slab laid.
Superstructure
Columns erected and plumbed, portal rafters seated at the ridge, purlins and eaves rails run.
Envelope
Sheeted, roofed and made weathertight, shutters hung, and the internal lighting and services energised.
