Our largest manpower contract: outsourced technical and non-technical personnel for the Electric Supply Divisions of Ranchi (Central), Doranda and Ranchi (East), awarded by the Electrical Superintending Engineer, Electric Supply Circle, Ranchi.
The deployment comprised 33 switchboard operators, 42 ITI-trained junior linemen and 208 unskilled khalashi — 283 people mobilised within the 15-day window the work order allowed, with a full-time office established in each of the three divisions as required by the contract.
The contract was subsequently extended: under work order 2972 dated 27.06.2019, JBVNL extended supply for Ranchi Central, Doranda and Ranchi East to 31.03.2020, covering 114 skilled and 126 unskilled khalashi.
