Our largest single civil package to date. The scope covered two warehouse structures, an administrative building and a seven-room dormitory block at the food park’s Getalsud campus, delivered complete with internal electrical distribution and sanitary installations.

Because Ranisons is registered for both electrical and civil construction, the building works and their services were delivered under one contract rather than split between trades — which is how the package was priced and programmed.

  1. Excavation

    Footprint set out and stringed, column positions marked, and pits taken down to formation level.

  2. Substructure

    Footings and pedestals cast, plinth beams tying the grid together, and the floor slab laid.

  3. Superstructure

    Columns erected and plumbed, portal rafters seated at the ridge, purlins and eaves rails run.

  4. Envelope

    Sheeted, roofed and made weathertight, shutters hung, and the internal lighting and services energised.
