11 kV Feeder Diversion, Amalgamated Joyrampur Colliery

Diversion of part of the Lodna-I, Lodna-II, Lodna-III, Jealgora-I and Jealgora-II feeders where they cross the overburden dump area of Patch-D at Amalgamated Joyrampur Colliery, under BCCL’s Lodna Area.

How it was won

Openly, through the Coal India e-tendering portal — NIT BCCL/LA/E&M/F-19/25-26/151, tender ID 2026_BCCL_352893_1. Our bid was accepted at 7.13% above the estimated rate, letter of acceptance dated 28 March 2026, work order issued 8 April 2026 against PO 5700516127. Total contract value ₹1,73,75,127 inclusive of GST.

Scope

• 162 rail poles, 60/52 kg, 13 m, erected in 1:3:6 cement concrete foundations
• 19.8 km of ACSR Dog conductor supplied and strung
• 363 pin insulators and 246 disc insulators with galvanised strain fittings
• 10 outdoor 11 kV AB switches, 1240 A, three-phase, with earthing switch
• 186 galvanised stay sets and 2,500 m of cradle guard
• 121 HT danger notice plates

The conditions we accepted

A 45-day completion period from the date of commencement, a 12-month defect liability period during which any defect from workmanship or materials is rectified free of cost within 15 days, liquidated damages at 0.5% per week, and a 5% performance security backed by bank guarantee. Labour compliance is audited through Coal India’s CLPMP portal — every worker registered, wages and PF evidenced with each running bill.
